Senyo AI, our own SaaS product, automates customer support for SMM panels: AI reads the intent in each ticket, routes it to the right Telegram provider group, and drops the reply back into the panel automatically. As the slogan goes: an operator, not a bot.

Challenge

What was the problem?

Support load on SMM panels is heavy: cancellations, speed-ups, refills and wrong-order requests stream in all day, and an operator must read every ticket, carry it to the right provider and write the answer back. A reply-writing chatbot isn't enough — the system had to understand the ticket, pull the order number from free text, route it correctly and follow it through, while being careful enough to hand doubtful cases back to a human.

Solution

How we solved it

Senyo AI classifies intent, extracts the order number from free text and auto-routes each request to a per-provider Telegram group; when the status changes, the customer gets the answer instantly. Panel tickets and the Telegram support group run on the same engine ("one pool, two channels"). The workspace app manages panels, providers, channels, wallet and subscription from one screen; billing is crypto top-up, pay-per-resolved-ticket, scaling across four plans from Free to Pro. The site ships in TR/EN.
