— A QR menu, ads and brand management for a charcoal grill house
For Çınar Ocakbaşı, a charcoal grill house in Istanbul's Sultangazi district cooking daily over oak embers, we built a QR menu designed around the brand's own identity: the code on every table opens a live menu split into nine categories — grilled mains, mezze, salads, rakı, beer, whiskey, desserts, drinks. Alongside the menu, we also run the restaurant's ad and brand management.
A charcoal grill's menu changes often: meat and charcoal prices move, seasonal mezze come and go, and options like "1 portion / 1.5 portions" plus allergen notes never fit cleanly on a printed card. The restaurant didn't want an off-the-shelf QR menu template — it needed one carrying its own visual identity, one staff could update themselves in real time, with its Instagram and ad spend run by the same team.
The QR code on the table opens a menu designed with the restaurant's own photography, browsed through nine tabbed categories: each dish carries portion-based pricing (e.g. Adana Kebap 1 Portion / 1.5 Portions), a prep-time badge, allergen labels, and "Popular" / "Chef's Pick" tags. Price and item updates happen from a fast admin panel — no developer required. The menu pages are built with SEO and structured data, improving visibility for searches like "ocakbaşı near me" in both Google and AI answer engines. Beyond the menu, we also run Meta/Instagram ad management and ongoing brand & content management as a standing service.
